Introduction

By participating in the competition, you are agreeing to these competition terms and condition. The competition is being run by Bold Donut. The competition closes on Wednesday 10th April 2024 at 00:00 GMT.

Eligibility to Enter

Who can enter: Anyone who is responsible for delivering sustainability initiatives in their organisation based in the UK or Ireland.

By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to deliver the prize that may be awarded to you.

There is a limit of one entry per person and the competition is completely free to enter.

The Prize

The winning prize will be:

• Our Special Edition Earth Day Waste Game customised to include your branding and waste regulations

• One game instance - the game will be customised to reflect one set of waste-guidelines (for organisations with multiple offices with varying waste-guidelines it is suggested that a single office or region with a single set of waste-guidelines is chosen for releasing of the game)

• One week campaign for unlimited players in your organisation

• Engagement, Education and Sustainability data

• Promotional Assets

• Case study of your organisations use of the game and the results

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable and no cash alternatives will be provided.

We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.

Bold Donut’s decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner Announcement

The winner will be chosen at random and notified via the email address provided on Thursday 11th April 2024 at 10:00 GMT

Bold Donut will make one attempt to contact the winner via email.

if the winner does not respond to the emails informing them of their win by Friday 12 April at 12:00GMT, they forfeit their right to the prize and Bold Donut reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

Delivery of the Prize

The prize is meant to be used as part of the winner’s sustainability campaign for Earth Day on Monday 22nd April 2024.

Bold Donut will endeavour to deliver the customised game in the form of a weblink to the winner along with any supporting materials by Friday 19th April 2024 unless otherwise agreed upon.

In order for this to happen, the winner will be expected to provide the promoter with the following in a timely fashion to enable to delivery of the customised game link by Friday 19th April 2024:

• information relating to organisational waste guidelines.The promoter will inform the winner of the information required. Where information is not known or not delivered in time, the promotor will use the waste guidelines of the winner’s jurisdiction.

• High resolution branding/logos of the winner’s organisation

It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that the game-link is accessible on the organisations network. The promotor can provide additional information related to this to the relevant support teams.

Data Protection and Publicity

You agree that your details and the name of your organisation that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Bold Donut for the purposes of administering the competition and for other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.

If requested by Bold Donut - the winner agrees to release their organisations name to other competition participants.

The winner’s name and organisation may be announced on Bold Donut’s website and social media channels.

Limitation of Liability

Bold Donut accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for the prize.

General

Bold Donut reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
